The website still says “More details on how to apply coming soon!”. As soon as this is updated I will include a notice on the front page. I do not have the attendee registration list, but once the vendor table and other details are finalized I think a follow up email would be a great idea.

Can someone fix the spelling of Programming on the AKA convention page? Or maybe just change the whole line to “Convention Program”

Also, are you soliciting sponsors for the classes? How do you sign up for that?

Russ and Matt, I submitted your feedback by email to the convention organizers and their webmaster (it’s not me). I also pointed them to this forum thread, so they should see any other feedback or questions.

Update:

I received a reply and the menu will be fixed by tomorrow at latest. The details on vendor tables and sponsor classes are still TBA and the convention page will be updated as soon as that information is available.

I believe you are interested in a Swap Meet table and not a vendor table and if I am mistaken please let me know.

The swap meet is scheduled on Saturday from 11:00 to 1:00 and the tables should be available at 10:30 for setup. I will talk to Luther and Mike to add a tab for a registering for a swap table.

Update: The webmaster has corrected the spelling and grammar issues

I see that the swap meet table is now available on the convention registration page.  The only issue I have is that I’ve already registered and to try and pay for the table now would require me to pay the registration fee again.  Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?

Hi Russ, you should be able to add the swap table by going the website and registering for it. If you have issues email Jack Heller and he can contact website administrator.
