Anyone got a copy? Was a bit troubled by references to '3 letter codes' for killifish species, without crediting Scheel. Plus some of the photos looked awfully familiar. Mostly, though, looking for a good how-to book to recommend to people past what they get from the AKA beginner's guide, naturally.
