Webmaster's Notes (Troubleshooting)

This site was constructed through Internet Explorer 5.5 & 6.0.

Cascading Style Sheets ( CSS ) have been used which may not display efficiently below IE 4.0 Please upgrade from the Microsoft website .

The refresh rate used during construction was 85 Hz. If screen flickers or photographs do not download properly check your refresh rate:--- Right click on your Desktop, click Properties, click Settings tab, click Advanced, click Adapter tab. This takes you to a refresh rate list which you can adjust.
