Commercially
collected by a Cameroon fish export business & first exported into
the USA in 2003. It is generally thought the label 'Faishang' is not a location to be trusted & may have been collected in other areas. Still, the name should be kept up in passing the fish around. |

Habitat

Collected near Mamfe, western Cameroon along the road from Nguti to Mamfe. |

Traits
|
Wide yellow outer marginal bands in caudal fin. The fish appears green in basic body colour in photos I've seen. Anal fin is green with red spots near the body. Does not seem to have marginal bands in this fin. |
