FEATURED SPEAKER: John Boylan with the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute

Our guest speaker, John Boylan, has made 4 trips to Panama studying for the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute. He has discovered several new species and uncovered and explored new areas. John will be bringing some N&R from his last trip for the auction!

1^st and Special Awards will be original killifish paintings, acrylic on black canvas, by Noted Artist Ken McKeighen.

2^nd and 3^rd place Awards will be original killifish watercolor paintings .

All paintings will be new and different from those presented at the 2007 AKA National & 2008 or 2009 ChiKA Shows!

REGISTRATION OF FISH: ADVANCE REGISTRATION FORM AVAILABLE HERE

We have opened on-line registration for our 52nd Annual Show. Pre-registration of show fish as well as "auction only" fish and plants is strongly recommended. Advance registration will greatly speed things up and avoid errors at the registration table at the show. We'll have all your tags ready and waiting for you so you'll be able to bench your fish without delay. It will also help us in planning how many tanks to allocate per Class which will make benching fish much easier for you. Changes or updates to your registration can always be made via email or in person on the day of the show. Please note that registration will close at 8pm Thursday, March 11th.

SUNDAY'S AUCTION will begin at 11am sharp. Judging from our previous shows, we anticipate a good selection of USA bred killifish including: show fish, wild killifish, and we are in negotiations to import a nice selection of killies from Europe. Many aquarium plants will also be available for purchase in the auction. We are accepting proxy bids for the fish in our auction. If you are interested in proxy bidding please follow these guidelines.
