Hydra Issues: Alternatives to Fluke Tabs

I had a recent hydra outbreak and wondered if anyone has ever heard of Bausman's Gold and Tropical Fish Tonic or tried it? It's touted as a hydra destroyer, so I thought I would ask. This is the ingredient makeup:

Methylthionine Chloride
Acetylsalicylic Acid
Sodium Chloride
Sodium Potassium Bromide
Magnesium Carbonate
Tricalcium Phosphate
Furazolidone (NF-180, Furox-50,)
Nitrofurazone (Furacyn)
Furanace
P-7138
Auranace

It seems like a much more mild makeup than copper or flubadenzole.

If you have ever used this, let me know. I'm wondering about adding this to the fresh water for my fry tanks, and seeing how they do. I'm a little nervous for the soft water aphyosemions.

Doesn't get good reviews: https://www.aquariacentral.com/forums/threads/ever-heard-of-bausman-tropical-fis...

I've always been suspicious of Bausman 'anything.' Flubendazole's worked for me quite well in the past

I saw that thread. They were referencing Wet Thumb Aquatics, and I knew Dewey & Delores well since I was young. It turns out, Delores thought Bausman was a great product. She had over 350 tanks in her pole barn and used Bausman for many purposes and really recommended it. I'll have to try it and report back out.
